摘要
职业生涯规划教育对现阶段大学生的学业设计、职业规划和就业指导具有现实意义。文章指出,在当前的职业生涯课程教学实践中,要以发展性与现实性为主线,以生涯发展的视角和理念来把握就业指导和生涯教育,处理好课程教学与实践的关系,从而提高大学生职业生涯规划教育的实效性。
Career planning education is of realistic significance to college students today in the latter＇ s ac- ademic scheming, occupational planning and employment guidance. This article argues that development and reality should be the two essential elements in the present teaching of the career-planning curriculum, and that the perspective and concept of career development should be adopted for the employment guidance and career education, and the relations between curricular teaching and practice should be handled well, so as to improve the effectiveness of the career planning education among college students.
