摘要
社会化是高职教育的本质属性,是职业生涯规划教育的内在要求。高职院校在对学生进行职业生涯规划教育的过程中,应坚持走社会化的道路,做到教育目标社会化、教育内容社会化、教育过程社会化、教育师资社会化、教育评价社会化。
Socialization is the essential feature of higher vocational college education and the intrinsic requirement of the education of occupational career planning.Hence,in the process of the education of occupational career planning,Chinese higher vocational colleges should always adhere to socialism and socialization of the goal,the content,the process,the teaching faculty and the assessment of education.
