摘要 针对混合动力轿车匹配了动力电机、动力电池等新总成和新驱动模式从而导致振动噪声更复杂的问题,研究了混合动力轿车整车振动噪声控制的关键技术。在阐述汽车振动噪声控制原理的基础上,分析了混合动力轿车的结构特点,从振动噪声激励源、结构模态分布、传递路径、评价工况等多个角度阐述了混合动力轿车振动噪声控制的方法,并介绍了某国产混合动力轿车在产品开发中NVH问题的分析和解决途径,为今后混合动力轿车产品开发的振动噪声性能控制提供了比较清晰的技术方向。 Key NVH technologies of hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) were studied to treat the more complicated noise and vibration problems.The problems came from the new assemblies which include power motor,power battery,etc.,and the new drive modes in HEV.Based on the control theory of vehicle noise and vibration,the structural characteristics of HEV were analyzed and the control methods were discussed from the noise and vibration excitation source,modal distribution,transfer path,evaluation mode and other aspects.At the same time,a new indigenous HEV was presented how to analyze and resolve the NVH problems in its product development process,providing a clear working direction to control noise and vibration performance of hybrid electric vehicle.
