摘要
目的了解海南省基层疾病预防控制机构的人力资源现状,为制定海南省的卫生人才培养规划提供科学依据。方法采用横断面调查方法对全省22个市县区疾病预防控制中心通过公函方式寄送问卷进行调查。结果海南省基层疾病预防控制机构在职人员超出其编制人数35.0%,专业技术人员占在职人员总数的81.5%,大专及以下学历占专业技术人员的75.7%,所学专业居前三位的分别为预防医学(30.7%)、临床医学(22.1%)与检验检测(20.9%),具有高级职称的人员仅占3.1%,英语人才占专业人员总数的8.2%。结论海南省基层疾病预防控制机构专业技术人员缺乏,尤其缺乏高学历、高层次的专业技术人员和检验检测专业人员。
Objective To know the current status of human resources among county/city level centers for disease control and prevention （CDCs） in Hainan province, and to provide scientific basis for developing training planning of health personnel Method Cross-sectional survey was used to collect information among county/city level CDCs. Result The number of the total people in the county/city level CDCs was beyond the quota number, and the percentage was 35.0%, the professionals occupied 81.5% of the total people. 75.7% of the professionals had the college and bellow degree and the top three major were preventive medicine（30.7%）, clinical medicine（22.1%） and test（20.9%）. Only 3.1% people had the high level professional title and 8.2% people knew English. Conclusion The county/city level CDCs in Hainan lacked of professional people, especially the one with master or above degree and high level tide, also lacked of professionals with test major.
