摘要
"彭宇案件"是发生在南京的一起极具争议性的民事诉讼案件,被认为是当今社会"好人难做"的典型事件,不少群众认为彭宇案对民众的助人行为产生了严重的不良影响。此研究以大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式研究彭宇案件的破窗效应及其对大学生利他行为的影响。我们得出的结论是彭宇案件确实让绝大部分的大学生觉得现在好人难做,彭宇案对大学生的利他行为产生了一定的影响,但是这种影响并不存在显著的性别和地域差异。
the Peng Yu Case, which happened in Nanjing, is a controversial. It civil litigation cases with great is considered as the typical events of ＂difficult to be a good person＂. Many people think that the Peng Yu Case do have serious adverse effects on people＇ s helping behavior. This article studies the university students as the object. We focus on Break Pane Law of the Peng Yu Case and its influence on altruistic behavior of College Students by a questionnaire survey. We concluded that the Peng Yu case leaves most of the students bad impression that it really hard to be a good citizen now. The Peng Yu Case produced certain effect on College Students＇ altruistic behavior. However, this effect is not significant gender and regional differences.
