摘要
将减粘渣油掺兑到渣油加氢脱硫 (VRDS)工艺的原料中 ,采用VRDS工艺的全套催化剂 ,利用固定床连续加氢试验装置 ,评价原料的变化对加氢产物的影响。结果表明 ,原料掺兑后催化剂性能发挥正常 ,加氢产物性质良好 ,产物的组成变化不大 ,质量略有下降。
The influence of feedstock on hydrogenated products were evaluated in a fixed bed continuous hydrotreating experimental appratus by mixing visbreaking residue into the feedstock of VRDS unit.After mixing, the catalytic performance of the catalyst keeps constant,the product slate has only a small change.
