摘要
对于高凝油或稠油凝结卡堵 ,气井中的水合物冰堵、砂卡或砂埋 ,电泵采油井或自喷井严重结蜡及其它复杂油水井的处理 ,用连续油管冲洗显示出常规方法无法比拟的优越性。辽河油田采用这种技术实施冲砂洗井、解高凝油和稠油卡堵、解冰堵、水井测试等作业 948井次 ,均取得成功。用常规方法热洗解高凝油或稠油卡堵 ,施工周期为 1 8天 ,费用 2 6万元 ;用连续油管 ,施工周期为 2天 ,费用仅为 7 2万元。对于热洗清蜡 ,用常规方法清蜡困难 ,换管柱作业时间长达 48～96h ;而采用连续油管作业 ,清蜡时间缩短至 6h以内 ,费用降低 1 0 % 。
Coiled tubing units have been successfully used to carry out unfreezing of condensate oil and viscous oil wells, plug removal in gas wells with ice, wax removal, and testing of water wells. Compared with the conventional flushing technology, the CT flushing technology has the advantages of short operation period and low cost.
