摘要
连续油管技术是一项具有广阔应用前景的实用性技术,在国外油田开发中获得了广泛的应用。国内各大油田也相继引进了连续油管及其作业车,并成功地解决了油田生产中的一些特殊难题,其施工安全、快捷的特点和对油气藏特有的保护作用,是常规作业所无法比拟的,但我国在连续油管和作业车的生产、设计、制造上仍属空白。针对我国应用连续油管作业技术的现状和油气开发的需要,对国内的冶金、机械制造、油气开采条件进行了分析,并提出了发展连续油管作业技术的路线。
Coiled tubing is a practical technology and has been vastly used in foreign oil fields. Many large oil fields in China have imported coiled tubing and its operation vehicles and successfully solved some special difficulties in oil field production. This is safe, fast and protective to reservoir. These features are superior comparing with conventional operation. However, it is still a blank in China in the design and manufacturing of coiled tubing and operation vehicle. In accordance with the current status of coiled tubing operation and the requirement of oil field development in China, this paper analyzes the conditions of domestic metallurgy, mechanism and oil and gas recovery, and proposes a line for developing coiled tubing technology.
