摘要
瓜萎仁为常用中药,商品主要为葫芦科植物栝楼Trichosanthes kirilowii和中华栝楼T.rosthornii的干燥成熟种子。我国南方以同属植物种子作药用的有15种以上。
14 kinds of seed soluble proteins of Trichosanthes were analysed by polyacylamide gel electrophoretie (PAGE) and compared with some seed proeins of Momordica, Luffa and Benincasa. The results showed that different patterns of proteins existed among the different genera and species, and the protein contents varied with storing time. There were no distinct changes among the same kind of seeds living in different regions. PAGE is a good method for identifying the Chinese materials, esp. seeds, and it is reproducible.
