摘要
研究解决了打叶复烤环节内在化学成分无法实现自动化闭环控制和均质化加工的难题,采用声光可调近红外光谱技术(AOTF-NIRS)在线检测方法,以打叶复烤烟叶烟碱、总糖、钾、氯4个化学成分为监控指标,以化学成分变异系数(CV)为均质化程度的评价指标和控制参数,实现打叶复烤生产主产品叶片内在化学成分的在线检测和均匀性控制方法;并建立了近红外在线标签软件即化学成分标识系统,根据实际生产情况,统计每箱成品叶片的化学成分数据并做平均处理后,将化学成分含量打印到标签,作为每箱片烟产品的标识,实现打叶复烤在线化学成分检测和质量均质化控制的目的。
This work studied and solved the problem of the automated closed-loop control of the homogenization processing by using acousto-optic tunable near-infrared spectroscopy on-line detection in threshing and redrying process of tobacco leaves. The on-line detection and the homogenization control method of tobacco leaf was established with nicotine, total sugar, potassium, chlorine as the monitoring indicators, and the coefficient of variation of the chemical composition as the degree of homogenization and control parameters. The near-infrared on-line labeling software as the identification system was implemented. The chemical composition of tobacco leaves is printed on the label according to the statistic average value of each box. The chemical composition homogenization was improved by using this self-control system.
