摘要
为综合评价烤烟成品质量的均匀性,2012年对不同省份配方打叶复烤后片烟结构、含水率和糖碱比进行了统计分析。结果表明:各地区的大片率与中片率、小片率均达极显著负相关,中片率与小片率、叶中含梗率也达到高度正相关水平;糖碱比排序为:吉林>安徽>福建>四川>山东>辽宁>江西>湖南>河南,各产地片烟糖碱比达到极显著差异;含水率均在规定范围之内,无不合格情况;质量均匀性评价结果为:山东地区最好;吉林、辽宁和安徽三地的较好;其余各地均达到好的级别。片烟结构的稳定性是影响成品质量均匀性的重要原因。
To comprehensively evaluate the quality uniformity of flue-cured tobacco products, it conducted a statistics comparative analysis to the strip structure, moisture content and ratio of sugar to alkali of flue-cured tobacco leaves from different provinces of China in 2012. The results showed that in each region, there were extremely significant negative correlations among large leaf ratio, middle leaf ratio and small leaf ratio, and there were highly positive correlations among middle leaf ratio, small leaf ratio and ratio of stalk content in leaf particle; the ratio of sugar to alkali ordered as Jilin>Anhui>Fujian>Sichuan>Shandong>Liaoning>Jiangxi>Hunan>Henan, and there was a extremely significant difference in ratio of sugar to alkali between strips from each producing area; the moisture content of strips were in the ranges of regulation, and all reached qualified level. The results of quality uniformity evaluation indicated that the strips from Shandong region were the best, from Jilin, Liaoning and Anhui regions followed, and the other regions all reached good level. The stability of strip structure is the key factor influences quality uniformity of products.
