摘要
炎痛喜康(piroxicam)是一种新型非甾体消炎镇痛药物,结构为:根据其具有碱性基因、且在紫外区具有强吸收的特征光谱。
On the basis of the structure of piroxicam, two methods were established for the determintion of piroxicam by UV-spectrophotometry and non-aqueous titration. The determination by UV-spectrophotometry was at 334±1 nm, with solvent of HCl (3 mol / L). The E_(1 cm)^(1 %) was 869.3. The end point of non-aqucous titration was indicated by oscillopolarographic titration with solvent of acetic acid and acetic anhydride. Comparing with the method of determining nitrogen, these two methods are more rapid, aecurate and sensitive, and the results of determination are the same.
