超滤膜系统内部结构对膜过滤性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过改变浸没式超滤膜组件内部结构考察对膜滤性能的影响。试验结果表明:增加中空纤维膜长高比能改善膜滤性能,其值达到1.07时效果为最好;增加长高比也能改善曝气效果,但对反冲洗的改善效果甚微。膜组件双端出水的出水方式的膜滤、曝气和反冲洗的效果都要优于单端出水,应优先选择。先水力反洗再水气同时反洗的反洗方式对膜滤效果较好。 Influence of property of immersed ultrafihration (UF) membrane by transforming its internal structure was investigated. Result shows, filtration property can be improved by increasing membrane ratio of length/height (L/H). Best treatment efficiency can be got when L/H ratio value reaches 1.07. Increasing L/H radio can also improve the efficiency of aeration but has little effect on improving the backwashing . Effectiveness of membrane filtration, aeration and backwashing of bilateral outlet method are al~ better than those of unilateral outlet method . Bilateral outlet method shall be selected priority . Backwashing way, which use air and water both after using water only, has a good effect on membrane filtration.
