摘要
通过中试试验,研究浸没式超滤膜在砂滤池中应用时膜通量的主要影响因素,包括:出水方式、液位、膜长度、反洗方式等.试验结果表明,改变出水方式(虹吸、重力流)对膜通量没有影响;液位高度与产水量成正比关系;相同条件下,短膜在膜通量及其他方面的表现更具优势;1.36 m膜在液位高度2.5 m,清洗周期24 h,清洗方式为气水同时进行的条件下运行时,膜通量可长期维持在较高水平.
The effect of permeate mode, liquid height, membrane length, back washing mode on submerged ul- trafiltration membrane flux applied in sand filter were studied in pilot plant. The experimental results showe that the change of permeate mode(siphon and gravity flow) has a little effect on membrane flux. The declining of liq- uid level induces the reduction of membrane flux. In the same condition, shorter membrane has a more predomi- nance on flux and other sides. The flux of 1.36 m membrane can maintain high level for long time, while liquid level is 2.5 m with the washing period for 24 h and the back washing mode which is gas and liquid at the same time for 5 min.
