综述了近年来降脂药物的研究与开发概况,包括新霉素、清胆胺、安妥明类、羟甲戊二酰辅酶A还原酶抑制剂以及我国临床常用的植物降脂药,并探讨了它们的作用特点和机理。
This review outlines the recent development of antihyperlipidae-mic drug research, including neomycin, colestyramine, clofibrate analogues, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors and traditional herbal medicines used as lipidlowering agents in clinical treds in China. Their mechanisms and the advantagesare also discussed.
