儿茶酚胺氧位甲基转移酶在胰腺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 COMT参与雌激素的代谢过程.本实验室前期通过蛋白质组学及免疫蛋白质组学筛选得出,COMT可能是胰腺癌的一种候选生物标记物.本文旨在研究COMT在胰腺导管腺癌及非癌胰腺组织中的表达情况,并探讨COMT表达与临床病理参数的联系.通过RT-PCR及Western blot方法检测COMT在5株胰腺癌细胞株中的表达,利用免疫组学方法检测COMT在组织芯片及20例石蜡包埋临床胰腺标本中的表达.结果显示,COMT在胰腺癌细胞株AsPC-1,BxPC-3,MIAPaCa-2,Capan-1,SW1990及5组胰腺导管腺癌和其对应的非癌胰腺组织中均有表达.免疫组化结果显示,COMT在PDAC中的表达显著高于非癌胰腺组织,COMT的高表达与低级别T分期显著相关.因此,COMT可能是PDAC潜在的临床病理标记物.
