长效止痛剂简易配方结合中药外洗用于肛肠病术后疼痛的临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 肛肠疾病是一种常见病、多发病，目前对肛肠疾病的治疗，大都以手术治疗为主。但手术后的疼痛则是困扰医患的一个棘手问题，甚至由于对手术后疼痛的恐惧而使部分患者望“手术”而却步。Goligher描述肛肠病人术后排便就象“排出碎玻璃”一样疼痛，Marti认为肛肠病术后疼痛阻碍了肛肠手术的广泛应用。近几年来，我们使用肛肠病术后长效止痛剂简易配方结合中药外洗，效果良好。现报道如下。
