摘要
目的探讨新疆一枝蒿治疗Ⅰ型过敏的药效物质基础。方法建立RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒模型,检测新疆一枝蒿对RBL-2H3分泌IL-4、TNF-α的影响,研究比较新疆一枝蒿总醇提物Q1、醋酸乙酯萃取物Q2、水溶部位Q3和正丁醇萃取物Q4的Ⅰ型过敏治疗作用。结果正丁醇提取物Q4的抗I型过敏作用最佳,其次为水溶部位Q3。结论水溶性成分群(Q3、Q4)可能是新疆一枝蒿治疗Ⅰ型过敏的活性部位。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic material basis of Artemisia rupestris L. for treatment of type I hypersensitivi- ty. Methods To investigate and compare the anti- allergic effect （type I hypersensitivity） of alcohol extract （Q1）, ethyl acetate extract （Q2） ,water soluble extract （Q3） and N- butanol extract （Q4） of Artemisia rupestris L. via degranulation model and by assay of IL - 4 and TNF - α secretion of RBL - 2H3 cells. Results The N - butanol extract （ Q4 ） had the best anti - allergic effect;followed by the water soluble extract （Q3）. Conclusion The water soluble components （Q3, Q4 ） may be the therapeutic material of Artemisia rupestris L. for the treatment of type I hypersensitivity.
