摘要
目的研究川芎嗪纳米混悬剂在小鼠体内的组织分布。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定小鼠血浆和组织中的川芎嗪浓度,计算药代动力学参数。结果与川芎嗪片剂混悬液比,川芎嗪在小鼠脾肺脑组织中脑组织药时曲线下面积(AUC)和平均滞留时间(MRT)有显著性差异。结论小鼠口服川芎嗪纳米混悬剂后在组织中有较高的药物含量,且维持时间较长,具有一定的脑靶向性。
Objective To study the tissue distribution of tetramethylpyrazine lipid base nano - suspension in mice. Methods The content of tetramethylpyrazine in mouse plasma and tissues were determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetie parameters were meas- ured. Results Compared with tetramethylpyrazine suspension water, tetramethylpyrazine lipid base nano - suspension had significant differences in the tissues of spleen, lung and brain. Conclusion Mice have higher concentration in various tissues after oral adminis- tration with tetramethylpyrazine nano -suspension. The drug can maintain for a long time, and also shows brain targeting.
