摘要
介绍了美国高校图书馆开展嵌入式图书馆员项目、个人图书馆员项目、嵌入式信息专员项目等嵌入式学科服务的实践案例。从运行机制角度分析探讨了高校图书馆开展嵌入式学科服务成功因素:组织因素、方案特点以及馆员角色,以期为我国高校图书馆开展嵌入式学科服务的实践探索有所借鉴。
This paper discusses in details the models of embedded and discipline - oriented services, such as the embedded librarian program, the personal librarian program and the embedded- infor- mationist program by taking the example of several practices of American university library. And from the perspective of operational mechanism, the factors which make a successful program are present here, including organizational factors, programmatic characteristics and librarian characteris- tics.
