摘要
岗前培训是使新进图书馆员迅速适应图书馆工作的一种职业培训方式,也是图书馆员继续教育的重要组成。本文基于南京高校(江宁地区)图书馆联合体开展的"馆员知识分享计划(Librarian Knowledge Sharing Project,简称LKSP)"项目的调查问卷结果的分析,提出岗前培训存在的问题,并对培训方式与培训内容给予针对性的建议。
Librarian pre -job training is a vocational training method to improve professional skills and knowledge level of new librarians to help them adapt quickly to the library job, and is also an important component of librarian continuing education. Some problems of pre -job training are pro- posed, specific advices of training contents and training ways are also given, which are based on analysis of the questionnaire results of " Librarian Knowledge Sharing Project" carried out by Nanjing University Libraries Commonwealth of Jiangning District.
