摘要
通过问卷、访谈、电话和网络等,调查并分析了浙江省7所高校图书馆人员结构、培训情况与需求等信息,揭示了我省部分高校图书馆目前存在的一些问题,针对存在的问题提出相关的建议与对策,为有效开展图书馆岗前培训提供科学参考和依据。
By the means of questionnaires,interviews,telephone and network and so on,the report investigates the information of library staff structure;training requirements etc.of seven university libraries in Zhejiang province,and offers an analysis of problems existing in part of the university libraries at present.The report provides a scientific reference and basis for the effective pre-job training in library on one hand and makes relevant recommendations and countermeasures in view of existing problems on the other.
