摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定葡萄糖酸锌(ZG)在人体内的生物利用度,用一定模型分析了ZG片药动学参数,其相对于硫酸锌片的生物利用度为144.2％。
Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the bioavailabiltyand the pharmasokinetic parameters of zinc gluconate (ZG) by one compartmentmodel were determined in healthy volunteers. The relative bioavailability of ZGtablet compared with zinc sulfate tablet was 144.2%. The results reveal ZGtablet is the better one.
