熊去氧胆酸和舒肝宁注射液治疗重症淤胆性肝炎的临床观察 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察优思弗(熊去氧胆酸,UDCA)联合舒肝宁注射液对重症淤胆性肝炎的治疗效果。方法 56例重症淤胆性肝炎的患者随机分成治疗组28例,对照组28例,对照组使用丹参注射液及熊去氧胆酸治疗,治疗组使用舒肝宁注射液及熊去氧胆酸治疗,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组显效率61%、总有效率86%,对照组显效率29%、总有效率68%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优思弗联合舒肝宁注射液治疗重症淤胆性肝炎效果明显,且无不良反应。
