摘要
为了摸清杆菌肽锌不同测定方法和不同溶剂对测量结果的影响 ,对现行的几种测定方法进行了比较 ,采用不同溶剂溶解杆菌肽锌并改变其用量。结果表明 :用吡啶与磷酸缓冲液的混合液 ( 9∶ 31 )溶液溶解杆菌肽锌后测出含量比用盐酸溶液溶解后测出含量高约 1 0 %,同时盐酸的加入量会影响测出含量 ,加入盐酸量越大 ,测出含量越小。
In order to make clear how assay methods and solvents affect the assay results of Zinc Bacitracine, the diffent assay methods in operation are compared . Different solvents are used to solve Zinc Bacitracine and the quantity of solvents are also veried. It's shown that solving Zinc Bacitracine with the mixture of pyritine and pH6.0 phosphate buffer (9∶31)can increase the measured content by about 10% more than with hydrochloride solution; and the potency of Zinc Bacitracine decrease when hydrochloride solution is added too much . Diffent approaches of solution make the assay results diffent.
