摘要
加强五年制高职护理专业毕业实习实践教学环节管理工作,确保实习质量的持续稳步提升,促进学生的全面发展,校院双方必须共同做好实习前的准备和组织,共同抓好实习过程中的各项精细化管理,做好实习结束后的评估和总结工作。
Clinical practice is not only an important stage of nursing education, but also an important stage of linking theory and practice, and transiting from school to society for five-year higher vocational graduates. It is also significant to cultivate students~ independent working abilities, strong work ethics and comprehensive qualities. To strengthen the management of graduation practice, ensure the steady improvement of practice quality, and promote the all-round development of the students, the schools should make necessary preparation and organization before the practice, implement detailed management during the practice process, and undertake evaluation and summarization after the practice.
