摘要
一支素质优良、结构合理、业务过硬、相对稳定的高水平”双师型”教学团队是高职院校教育教学质量的关键．本文通过调查、访谈等相关研究，结合浙江育英职业技术学院国际贸易专业建设的具体情况，探索一条适合学院具体情况的高水平“双师型”教学团队建设的有效途径。
A good quality, reasonable structure, business skilled, and relatively stable high level of the ＂double division type＂ teaching team of higher vocational college education is the key to the quality of teaching.
