摘要
理实一体化课堂有效教学目标是学生自主建构知识和技能以适应职业角色需要与个人发展,这一教学目标决定了教师素质的新特点、新要求是过硬的实践能力和操作技能,热心服务学生的教学态度,有多种教学方法和先进的教学手段,灵活使用各种教学策略,使学生学习更有效。文章提出了高职教师素质建设的4条途径,指出教师应有和谐教学理念、引导学生自主学习意识、热心服务于学生学习的高职教育教师素质新观点。
The effective teaching target of integration class of theory and practice is that students autonomously construct knowledge and skills to meet the needs of occupation role and the personal development. The above teaching target requires that new characteristics and requirements of teachers’quality are as fol ows:the great practice ability and the good operation ability, the good teaching attitude for serving students warmheartedly, many kinds of teaching methods and advanced teaching approaches, using various teaching strategies flexibly to improve students’learning ef ect. This paper proposes four approaches to the quality construction of higher vocational College teachers, and points out that teacher should have the harmonious teaching idea, cultivate students’autonomous learning,have new concepts of serving students’learning.
