摘要
WZ11-4油田位于北部湾,自2005年起陆续发现套管腐蚀穿孔,井筒与海面连通,存在极大的安全隐患,急需更换腐蚀套管,排除隐患。为此,研究了套管腐蚀机理,制定了以主回接为辅的技术方案,编写了详细的防溢油控制计划,并研发了特殊工具。此次套管更换作业除了在工程上取得了圆满成功,达到了预期目的,还在环境保护上做到了滴油不入海。本次作业的成功,进一步摸清了套管腐蚀现状,更深入地了解了套管腐蚀的机理和工程原因,为后期海上油田腐蚀套管治理探索了宝贵经验,也为钻完井阶段套管的防腐处理、生产过程中套管的防腐保护提供了有价值的参考。
WZ 11-4 oilfield is situated in the Beibu Bay, the corrosion and perforation of casing pipes had been continuously discovered since 2005, well hole was connecting with the sea surface, there was a tremendous safety hidden danger, and it was necessary to change the corroded casing pipes in order to get rid of the hidden danger. Therefore, in the article we studied the corrosion mechanism, developed the technical concept assisted by and compiled detailed control plan to prevent oil from spilling over, we also developed a special tool. The casing replacing operation, besides of the complete success of engineering we had got and the anticipated goal we had achieved, did ensure that none drop of oil into sea in terms of environment protection. With the success of this operation, we further found out the casing corrosion status, and deeply understood the mechanism of the casing corrosion and the engineering reasons, we also gathered the precious experience for later management and exploration of corroded casing in offshore oilfield, and furthermore, this provides a valuable reference for the treatment of casing corrosion-proof in the phases of drilling and completion, as well as the casing corrosion-proof and protection during the producing.
