摘要
针对油层部位取换套施工中存在的固井质量难以保证、油层保护技术不完善、套铣效率低以及放气管处理技术不过关等问题开展攻关,形成了配套的油层部位取换套技术。现场试验证明,研究应用的固井技术基本满足油层部位取套对固井质量的要求;配套的修井液体系等油层保护措施基本适应油层保护的需要;研究应用的复合式铣头满足油层部位套铣要求,提高了施工效率;放气管高效套铣铣头的应用提高了处理放气管的成功率。
For removal and change of casing in oil layer section, the cementing quality can not be ensured, the oil protection technique is not perfect, the mill efficiency is low, and the air bleeder treatment technique is not qualifi layer ed. A lot of researches have been done in order to solve the problems mentioned, and the matching technique for removal and change of casing in oil layer section has been formed. The field test shows that the studied cementing technique can meet the demands of casing removal in oil layer; the matching oil layer protection measures, such as workover fluids system, can basically meet the demand of oil layer protection; the studied and applied combination mill can be used in oil layer to increase the operation efficiency; the application of high efficiency mill cutter head for air bleeder improves the successful ratio of air bleeder treatment.
