降钙素原在60例慢性心功能不全急性发作并肺部感染诊断中的应用探讨 被引量：3

摘要 目的评价血清降钙素原(PCT)在慢性心功能不全急性发作并肺部感染诊断中的价值。方法应用荧光酶联免疫技术测定60例慢性心功能不全急性发作并肺部感染急诊患者及56例慢性心功能不全急性发作非并发细菌感染性疾病患者的PCT,并同期测定患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)。结果 60例并肺部感染急诊患者PCT阳性52例,阳性率86.6%;CRP测定阳性60例,阳性率100%。同期56例非并发细菌感染性疾病患者PCT阳性9例,阳性率16.1%;CRP阳性54例,阳性率96.4%。结论 PCT检测应用于慢性心功能不全急性发作的急诊患者,可作为早期快速鉴别是否并发肺部感染的实验室指标,从而能指导抗生素合理使用。
