摘要
针对水渣转鼓筒体在制造过程中转鼓筒体的偏心或偏斜问题,建立其数值计算模型,研究了转鼓筒体旋转过程中偏心渣量工况下的结构强度问题,得出了转鼓筒体偏心或偏斜状态下的位移及支反力随时间的变化曲线,为工程实际中转鼓筒体的安装提供必要的依据。
According to the eccentric and oblique problems for the water granulated slag drum cylinder during the manufacturing process, a numerical model is established and then the structure strength of the drum cylinder under the rotation condition with different water treatment and different fall slag is studied. After that, the relationship among the deflection, support reaction force and time is given, all of this can provide the necessary basis for the drum cylinder installation in the engineering practice.
