摘要
高炉INBA转鼓水渣处理系统在使用过程中容易出现因输送皮带粘渣、冷热水槽大量积渣导致的设备寿命及安全性问题。在对前述问题进行分析的基础上,提出了增加压缩空气吹扫装置、改进滤网规格、改进转鼓前后两托辊结构等一系列改进措施,以此提高INBA转鼓的脱水率和延长相关设备的使用寿命。
The equipment service life and the running security of the blast furnace INBA rotor drum slag-water processing system was jeopardized due to the slag sticking on the transportation belt and slag accumulation in the cold-hot water tanks. Through adding the compressed air blowing device, improving filter size, improving the support rollers before and after the rotor drum and so on, not only the INBA rotor drum dehydration rate was improved, but also the service life of the related equipments were prolonged.
