摘要
故障调度是FMS(柔性制造系统 )调度的重要内容 ,它对FMS有序的高效运行品质的影响是很明显的 .本文对FMS故障问题处理的基本思想 ,故障高度的建模方法以及调度策略等进行了讨论 ,并由此进行了计算机仿真 .结果表明 ,文中提出的建模方法的调度策略在FMS故障调度中均是可行的 ,有实用价值 .
Failure scheduling is important in FMS scheduling.It has apparent influence on the attribute of highly effecitive ordered run of FMS.The basic idea of failure problem in FMS,failure modeling and scheduling strategy were described in this paper.And accordingly a system of scheduling simulation was built.The result shows that the modeling method and scheduling strategy in FMS failure scheduling are applicable and have practical value.
