摘要
为研究红河烟区种植海拔高度对烟叶品质的影响,选取红河海拔1 400~2 000m范围种植的K326和红花大金元B2F和C3F烟叶,利用索氏提取法测定其石油醚提取物含量。结果表明:海拔高度对红花大金元上部和中部叶的石油醚提取物含量的影响达到显著水平,种植在海拔1 600~1 700m的烟区有利于提高烟叶香气量。本研究成果为红河烟区制订优质烟叶配套栽培技术提供了科学依据,对指导烤烟生产具有应用价值。
In order to investigate the effects of altitude on the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf in HongHe tobacco- growing area, with tobacco leaf B2F and C3F from K326 and Hongdagrowing at the altitudes ranging from 1 400m to 2 000m above sea level in Honghe area as material, the contents of petroleum ether extract were determined with Soxhlet extraction.The results showed that:the ahitudeshad significantly influence on petroleum ether extract of Hongda tupper and middle leaves.The aroma concentration would be better when the Hongda was planted at 1 600 - 1 700m altitude. This research provided scientific basis for corresponding cultivation techniques ofhigh quality tobacco, andhence a technique for tobacco production in Honghe tobacco-growing area.
