摘要
根据城市发展的内涵及指标体系的构建原则,建立了包括经济发展指标、社会发展指标、生态环境指标在内的城市发展水平综合评价指标体系,并通过运用因子分析模型,测算了指标权重,得到了因子分析方法下的长三角和珠三角的25个城市综合发展水平排名,并对各因子进行经济意义解释的过程中,分析各城市之间的差距所在,以便政府部门制定更合理的区域经济政策。
Based on the connotation of city development and constructing principle of index system, this the-sis constructs such comprehensive evaluation index systems as index of economic development, index of social de-velopment, and index of ecology. By using factor analysis model, it calculates the weights of the indexes and gets the rank of 25 cities in Yangtze River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta. In the course of the explanation of the eco-nomic significance of different factors, this thesis analyzes the differences between the relevant cities in order to pro-vide reference for relevant government to make more rational economic policies.
