优化村级卫生人力资源配置的对策——基于北京市M县的实地观察研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过调查北京市M县的部分村医及村民,对其所在村落村级卫生机构人力资源配置中现存的问题提出针对性的建议:从文化共同体中选择适宜的村医接班人;以明确"亦医亦农"身份为核心,切实解决村医诉求,即要降低准入门槛,提高村医待遇,明确村医"亦医亦农"身份;充分挖掘村医的"守门人"作用;运用道德的力量约束村医个人行为,即道德自律、道德他律。 This paper proposed pertinence suggestion for the current problems in medical resource allocation in village health institutions, through surveying some village doctors and villagers in M district in Beijing. These sug- gestions include: selecting suitable doctor successor in the cultural community in the village; making "doctor also peasant" identity as the core, solving village doctorsJappealing, namely reducing the admittance threshold, impro- ving the village doctor treatment; fully mining village doctorsj gatekeeper action; using the power of moral to con- straint village doctor individual behavior, namely moral self- discipline, moral heteronomy.
