摘要
在0.1 mol/L HCl反应介质中,单独的硅钨酸(TS)与氧化苦参碱(OM)的共振瑞利散射(RRS)都非常微弱。当二者反应形成缔合物时将导致RRS显著增强,其最大散射峰位于393 nm处。OM在1.5~26.4μg/mL范围内其浓度与RRS强度成线性关系,检出限为2.3 ng/mL。方法已用于苦参素胶囊中OM的含量测定。并对反应机理及RRS与吸收光谱特征进行了比较研究。
In the 0. 1 mol/L HC1 solution, either oxymatrine (OM) or Tungstosilicic acid hydrate (TS) showed very faint Resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) spectra. However, when OM and TS were mixed together, the interaction between OM and TS by virtue of electrostatic and hydrophobic forces occurred, which greatly enhanced the RRS intensity. The maximum RRS peak is located at 393 nm. The RRS intensity was directly proportional to the concentration of OM in the range of 1.5 - 26.4 μg/mL, and the detection limit was 2.3 ng/mL. The method was applied to the determination of OM in the Marine capsules and satisfactory results were obtained. The reaction mechanism was discussed and the characteristics of RRS and absorption spectra were studied comparatively.
