摘要
作为海战场环境的重要组成部分,海洋环境因素是影响海战场武备战术功能和性能的重要因素,也制约着舰船抢修方式的选择和不同抢修力量的投入。文章从海战场环境的内在规律入手,定义了海洋环境因素对舰船抢修影响的影响因子,并提出了一种影响因子的量化方法。在此基础上,运用排队论建立海洋环境因素影响下的舰船抢修方式评估模型,并运用仿真数据进行了验证。
As an important part of sea battlefield, marine environment the important impacting factor on the function and characteristics of warship equipment as well as on the limitation of different rush-repair ways and devoting of different rush-repair manpower. The paper makes a definition of impact factor about marine environment impacting on efficiency of warships rush-repair, and provides a method about quantifying impact factor. On the basis of it, the paper uses waiting-line theory to establish an evaluation model of warship rush-repair ways under the impact of marine environment. The model is tested by simulation data.
