摘要
密封夹具是注剂式带压密封技术的重要组成部分 ,密封夹具的设计依据泄漏的条件和环境、介质的温度和压力合理地选材并确定其结构。简要分析了管道泄漏的原因 ,介绍了法兰、直管、弯头及三通等不同泄漏部位的带压堵漏夹具 ,对生产有一定的实用价值。
The typical positions of pipeline include flange, pipe, elbow and three-way pipe. At present, the method to deal with the leakage of pipeline is the technique of leakage blocking in pressure with sealant. The important part of the technique of leakage blocking in pressure with sealant is leak clamp. According to the condition of leakage, temperature and pressure of medium, the leak clamp should be carefully designed. The leaking causes on pipeline are simply analyzed.The leak clamps used in different leakage parts, including flange,pipe,elbow and three-way pipe are also introduced.
