摘要
建立了一套电压变频试验装置,提出了氧化锌电阻片在谐波电压作用下的试验程序,对D105×23 mm型饼状氧化锌电阻片在不同温度、不同频率下的功率损耗进行了试验。通过分析试验结果表明一方面在高频谐波电压的作用下,氧化锌电阻片将产生较高的功率损耗,并随着工作温度的升高,功率倍数显著增加;另一方面工作在高频谐波电压下的避雷器等效持续运行电压(ECOV)的计算或试验时应考虑注入能量后温升的影响。
A set of voltage frequency conversion test device was established. The tests procedures of ZnO varistors under harmonic voltages were introduced. Power losses of ZnO varistors with D105X23mm disc type under different temperatures and frequencies were tested. Through analyzing the results, it was concluded that on one hand, both ZnO varistors had higher power losses under high-frequency harmonic voltages and the multiple of power losses increased dramatically with the working temperature going up; on the other hand, the effect of temperature rise after injection energy should be considered when calculating or testing equivalent continuous operating voltages (ECOV) of surge arresters operating under high-frequency harmonic voltages.
