摘要
当前,中国高等教育正在实现从"数量增长、空间拓展、规模扩大"为主导的外延式发展向以"创新驱动、重点突破、质量提升"为主导的内涵式发展转变。其中",有特色、国际化、高水平"是这一转型发展的鲜明主题与战略任务。本文以江苏大学为例,阐述了行业转制高校在高等教育转型发展中的任务与使命及其发展路径,以期为行业转制高校建设"有特色、国际化、高水平"大学提供一孔之见。
At present, higher education in China is experiencing the transition from extended development characterized by increase in quantity, extent and size to connotative development with the characteristics of innovation, quality improving and problem solving. Being distinctive, international and high quality constitute the subject and strategic task of the transition. This paper takes Jiangsu university as an example and describes missions and methods of universities in the transition of higher education which formerly under the regulation of administration of specific industry.
