摘要 设备的大修品质和时间会直接影响企业生产的正常运行,结合毛纺企业设备大修的特点将网络计划技术管理方法应用在某企业设备修理的计划与进度控制方面,取得了缩短工期及经济节约的有益效果。 The equipment overhaul quality and time will directly affect the normal operation of production, combined with the characteristics of wool spinning equipment overhaul management method application of network planning technology in a business plan and schedule control of equipment repair, duration has been shortened and the beneficial effects of the economy.
