设备的大修质量会直接影响企业的正常运行,本文结合钢铁企业设备大修的特点,探讨了项目管理方法在计划与进度控制应用。
Overhaul quality of equipment will directly affect the normal operation of the enterprise.Combining with the characteristics of equipment overhaul in the iron and steel enterprises,this paper explored the application of project management approach in the planning and progress control.
