摘要
区域产业的发展 ,在很大程度上依赖政策环境的支持系统。而高新技术产业作为“特定支持产业” ,更需要政策的支持。显然 ,政策支持应随着高新技术产业的发展而变化。在步入高新技术产业化阶段 ,政府应创造出与之相适应的政策环境。本文正是立足于此 ,力图从新的角度 ,分析江苏高新技术产业化的现状 ,探讨建立江苏高新技术产业化发展的产业化政策体系、市场体系等 ,并进一步提出了构筑江苏高新技术产业化比较利益发展格局的思路。
The development of regional industry,to a great extent,depends on the support of the government's policy.As a specific supported industry,high and new technology industry needs more preferential policies.Applicable polices should be modified in line with the development of high tech industry.This paper analyzes industrialization of high and new technology in Jiangsu province,discusses the building of appropriate policy system and market system and presents the view of formation of comparative advantage in the development of industrialized high and new technology in Jiangsu province.
