马弗炉用高温合金钢电弧焊接的接头性能 被引量:1

A high-temperature alloy for muffle furnaces and properties of the alloy's welded joints

摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊与手工电弧焊相结合的方法完成马弗炉高温合金钢的焊接,并通过对其焊接接头常温与高温力学性能的测试,结合焊接接头金相组织的观察,对BSTMUF601与16MnR、SUS310S等异种钢焊接的高温焊接热影响区性能变化给予解析。结果显示,一定焊接工艺条件下的BSTMUF601具有等同于进口材料的焊接接头性能,可用于马弗炉设备制造以及在役马弗炉的修复。 The welding of a high-temperature alloy for muffle furnaces was completed by using tungsten inert-gas arc welding (TIG) combined with shielding metal arc welding (SMAW). By testing the mechanical properties of the welded joints at room temperature and high temperature respectively, and observing the microstructure of the welded joints, the properties of the high temperature heat-affected zone of BSTMUF601 with 16MnR and SUS310S homogeneous and dissimilar steel welded joints were analyzed. The results show that if welded under certain process conditions, BSTMUF601 will have equal properties to the imported material and can be applied to the manufacturing of muffle furnaces as well as the repairing of those in service.
