摘要
本文介绍用Ｘ射线荧光光谱经验系数法直接测定高温合金钢（Ｃｒ２０Ｎｉ８０）化学成分（除Ｃ，Ｓ）。
A method for determining the chemistry (other than C and S) of high-temperature alloys by X-ray rluorescence spectrometry using empirical coefficient of corroction is described, and. as an example, the result of Cr20Ni80 alloy obtained by means of this technique is presented.
