心电图QRS波群时限与慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的相关性研究 被引量：17

摘要 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心电图QRS波群时限与心功能的关系。方法回顾性分析370例诊断为CHF患者的病历资料,收集其心电图和超声心动图数据;根据QRS间期分为QRS<120ms组和QRS≥120ms组,各30例。比较两组患者心功能NYHA分级、左心房内径(LAD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDd)。结果 QRS<120ms组与QRS≥120ms组心功能NYHAⅡ级和Ⅳ级比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),心功能NYHAⅢ级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。QRS<120ms组LVEF均值高于QRS≥120ms组,LVEDd均值小于QRS≥120ms组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心电图QRS波群时限延长的CHF患者LVEDd明显增大,LVEF显著降低,并与NYHA心功能分级有一定的相关性,心电图QRS波群时限可反映心功能不全的严重程度。
