摘要 尤因肉瘤(Ewing’s sarcoma)/原始神经外胚叶肿瘤(primitive neuroectodermal tumor,PNET)是指包括骨和软组织尤因肉瘤、Askin瘤和原始神经外胚叶肿瘤等在内的一族小细胞恶性肿瘤,多发生于长骨及骨盆,发生于肾脏的较罕见。有文献对35例肾尤因肉瘤/原始神经外胚叶肿瘤的报道显示[1],该病的发病年龄主要在4~69岁,
