摘要
目的:评价我院2009-2011年抗肿瘤药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用销售金额排序、用药频度(DDDs)排序等方法,对我院2009-2011年抗肿瘤药的应用情况进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:我院抗肿瘤药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势。其中,中成药类抗肿瘤药销售金额连续3年列第1位。在临床一线抗肿瘤药中,多西他赛、紫杉醇销售金额连续3年列前3位。DDDs排序靠前的主要是中成药类、激素类抗肿瘤药。结论:中成药类抗肿瘤药的销售金额与DDDs排名均位居前列。我院抗肿瘤药应用现状基本符合当前我国肿瘤治疗的趋势。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization and trend of antineoplastic agents in our hospitals during 2009- 2011. METHODS： By means of consumption sum and DDDs ordering, the utilization of antineoplastic agents in our hospitals during 2009--2011 was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antineoplastic agents in our hospital was in increas- ing tendency. That of antineoplastic Chinese patent medicines ranked first for 3 years. Among chinical first-line antineoplastic agents, docetaxel and paclitaxel oecapied the first 3 places in the list of consumption sum. Chinese patent medicines and hormone antineoplastic drug took up the prominent place in the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION： The consumption sum and DDDs of antineo- plastic Chinese patent medicines stand in the front rank. The use of antineoplastic agents in our hospital is basically consistent with the tendency in our country.
